OUR STORY

Mama G's Pizza Bistro and Bar is a life-long vision in the making. From the time Mama G and Papa G got married, a restaurant was always in discussion. Now after more than a quarter century, and by the grace and blessing of all mighty God, this dream has come to fruition! With their three grown children and lots of hard work, the Mama G's crew is serving up Hilton Head's BEST pizza, in a swanky, modern, 'bougee' joint!

Mama G's is primarily focused on our highly digestible and amazingly delicious pizza, followed by our phenomenal 'twice-baked' chicken wings, as well as an assortment of small plates and salads.  Our small plates range from our Tour of Italy (our sampler platter of Arancini, Fried Mozz, Meatballs, Stuffed Mushrooms & Caponata) to some more unusual selections, such as our Pickled Shrimp or Scallops in Pesto Cream.  Our fantastic salads feature dressings we make in-house.  We carry Boylan Bottling craft soda made with real sugar, local and regional craft beers on draft, a wonderful selection of Italian wines, and full selection of spirits, including amaros, aperitivos and digestifs.  Our craft cocktail list includes our incredible Espresso Martini and our house made Limoncello!  We carry a selection of Marion's Gelato, made with the finest natural and organic ingredients and produced locally in Mt. Pleasant, SC.  Enjoy with a cup of espresso!
